Several years ago, my health was on the decline, and I struggled to find answers. After many doctor visits, I realized I needed a different approach since nothing seemed to make a difference.
Determined to take control of my health, I began my journey to explore alternative solutions—and that’s when I discovered functional medicine. As I implemented these changes, I experienced positive transformations and finally started feeling like my old self again.
That experience changed everything. I knew this approach was the key to recovery, and I wanted to help others experience the same transformation.

My Professional Journey & Credentials
With over 20 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), I have dedicated my career to helping individuals achieve better health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition.
I hold a board certification from the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy (IFNA) and am a Certified LEAP Therapist with Oxford Biomedical Technologies, specializing in food sensitivities and inflammation management.

A Global Foundation of Nutrition and Healthcare
My journey began in England, where I worked alongside primary care physicians, providing nutrition counseling to help patients manage their health through diet and lifestyle interventions.
After relocating to Texas, I spent over 15 years in a clinical setting, delivering Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for individuals with diabetes, weight management challenges, and gastrointestinal disorders. During this time, I also gained extensive experience in a wide range of specialties, including women’s health, cardiovascular disease, and oncology nutrition, allowing me to support individuals with diverse medical needs.
Becoming board-certified in Functional Nutrition was a pivotal moment in my career. This led me to transition into a leading functional medicine clinic in Dallas, where I honed my skills and expanded my knowledge.
Driven by a passion for finding innovative ways to support health and healing, I opened my own practice with the goal of helping people heal in a way that is both balanced and sustainable—offering a compassionate, science-driven approach that empowers individuals to take control of their health for the long term.
